Situato a Montorfano, a pochi kilometri da Como, il Golf Club Villa D’Este nasce nel 1925 come circolo privato di uno dei più famosi alberghi del mondo, l’omonimo Villa d’Este di Cernobbio (Como).
Oltre alle consuete strutture di accoglienza e ricreative nel club è presente un edificio di tipologia “casetta a schiera” adibito a residenza per i soci.
Located in Montorfano, a few kilometers from Como, the Golf Club Villa D'Este was founded in 1925 as a private circle of the most famous hotels: Grand Hotel Villa d'Este on Como lake.
In addition to the usual recreational facilities in the club there is a "terraced house" building used as a residence for members.

Otto di queste abitazioni hanno formato un primo lotto di interventi riconducenti ad un progetto di più ampio respiro che contempla la conversione dell’intero corpo abitativo a struttura alberghiera.
Eight of these homes have formed a first lot of interventions related to a broader project that contemplates the conversion of the entire housing body to a hotel.
Ognuna delle otto camere si distingue dalle altre per la scelta delle dotazioni e dello standing dei servizi in camera ma, nel contempo, si armonizza con le sorelle in un filo conduttore:
“il club” che possiamo ritrovare nei colori che lo rappresentano (bordeaux e verde petrolio)
“il golf” cimeli di tempi passati che, utilizzati come elemento decorativo, raccontano la loro storia (mazze da golf, sacche, segnapunti, fotografie, ecc..)
Each of the eight rooms differs from the others in the choice of equipment and the standing of the services in the room but, at the same time, harmonizes with the sisters in a common thread:
“the club” that we can find in the colors that represent it (burgundy and petrol green)
“the golf” memorabilia of past times that, used as a decorative element, tell their story (golf clubs, bags, scoreboards, photographs, etc.)
